If you have commissioned me, then you already agreed to my terms.

I use Paypal for majority of the commissions.
For commissions you will have to pay 50% upfront and the rest after the commission is finished. Or you can pay full upfront.
I don't do refund or holds when I finished the commission, unless I get an artblock. You can ask for refund before I start drawing.
You can ask for changes during the sketch phase and the lineart, I Will not change anything otherwise it's extra charge after 2 changes
Do not edit the complete drawing to use for harm or hate speech!
